Upcoming Service Changes

If you use Kanopy or Hoopla through Jacksonville Public Library, you will experience some service changes beginning July 1, 2025.

Get Library Books by Mail

Are you or someone you know unable to visit the library due to a temporary or permanent disability or illness? Jacksonville Public Library now offers a FREE service that delivers books and other library materials by mail to Duval County residents via the United States Postal Service. Available materials include regular print books, large print books, audiobooks on CD, magazines, music CDs and DVDs.

Using the Library App & Mobile Website

If you're like most people, you use your phone or mobile device to connect to the world. Not only do we have an easy-to-use Library app, but the Library's website and catalog are also completely mobile-responsive, so getting to all the library products and services you love is as easy as tapping on your screen.
