READ: What Does Bunny See? by Linda Sue Park
Use your library card or apply for an ecard here to access our digital library!
A rabbit explores a garden, finding flowers of every color, before hopping home for a nap and dreams of rainbows.
Increase pre-literacy skills as you read together:
- Encourage your little one to guess what color Bunny will see next based on the rhymes.
- What else lives in the garden? See if you can find all of the creatures that live in the garden as Bunny hops through the pages.
- Go on a color hunt! Choose a color to search for on every page as you explore the garden.
- Point out when words begin with the same letter, like Bunny and blushing! When you find the letter you're looking for, encourage your little one to trace the letter on the page with their finger.
