Score Great Saving at the Friends of the Murray Hill Library Used Book Sale
Join the Friends of the Murray Hill Library for a book sale on Saturday, November 4, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The sale is open from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. for members and from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. for all. You can join in advance at the Friends' website or at the door for as little as $5. Proceeds from the sale and memberships are used to help support and expand programs and services at the Bill Brinton Murray Hill Library.
Book Sale Details
The Sale is located at 918 Edgewood Avenue South.
- Members Preview Hour: 10 - 11 a.m. You can join in advance or at the door. Membership levels start at $5 for individuals.
- Open to all: 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- The sale will include gently used adult fiction and nonfiction titles, books for children and young adults, pocketbooks, CDs and DVDs.
- Suggested donations of $2 and under per item.
- Cash and checks accepted.
Other Ways to Show Support
Can't make the sale? You can still support the Friends and the Library by donating your gently-loved books, DVDs, CDs, and jigsaw puzzles. Donations totaling less than 3 boxes can be dropped off at any branch. If you have more than 3 boxes, please take them directly to the Friends of the Jacksonville Public Library bookstore located at 3435 University Blvd N.
