Celebrated on August 9 every year, it's the perfect opportunity for librarians, book clubs, and your everyday bibliophile to talk about their favorite books with other, equally-excited book lovers.
At the Library, we celebrate books and book lovers every day. But for the rest of the country, August 9 is the “unofficial” annual holiday dedicated to readers. We've got some recommendations for new readers, teens and adults.
