#A Magical Winter Event for All Ages

Celebrate the magic of the season with other members of the Harry Potter fandom this winter at Beaches Branch Library! The Yule Ball for All returns on Saturday, January 6 from 2-4 p.m., and you're invited! You can dance, make and take several themed crafts, play Quidditch and other games, drink butterbeer, and get a photo in your fancy dress robes (or other Harry Potter cosplay)!

Don't miss the Hogwarts Express Toy Train from the Beaches Train Club or the Costume Contest at 3 p.m.!

This event is sponsored by the Friends of the Beaches Branch Library.

Library staff posing in front of a LEGO Hogwarts castle — The Friends of the Beaches Branch Library donated the Hogwarts LEGO castle to the Beaches' Harry Potter fan community. Forty people assembled it over two Saturdays in December 2018. It makes its return for the 2024 Yule Ball.

Please note: Registration is recommended as space is limited. Library cardholders and muggles are welcome to attend. Please add any of your guests who don't have a library card to your event registration by clicking on "add more people" so that no one is turned away at the door if we reach capacity.
