A library card is required. If you are a resident adult, you can apply for a library card online. If you are completing this form on behalf of a minor (under 18 years old), you will need to visit your nearest library location in person to apply for a juvenile card. Note: You will be responsible for what they borrow. Please bring one piece of identification for each of you. For more information, read our Customer Accounts and Privileges Policy.
