Best of all, with mobile apps for iOS and Android devices, you have the freedom to learn at home, in the library, or on the go. Note: You'll need to create your account login and password on the Transparent Language Online website first before you can log in to the app.
A customizable Learning Path allows you to choose what you want to learn, while an integrated analytics system tracks your progress, periodically prompting you to review material that you haven’t seen in a while. - When accessing this resource for the first time, click on "Sign Up"
- You will be asked to enter "Your Library Card Number, Student ID, or Other ID"
- Be sure to enter your library card number using lowercase letters.

Transparent Language also includes KidSpeak, a fun, easy-to-use language learning program for young learners. Designed for elementary-aged children (6 and up), KidSpeak offers courses in Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish. The program teaches words and phrases suitable for learners’ age, needs, and interests. More than 40 activities, puzzles, and songs guide young learners through the basics, along with a cartoon “friend” who speaks the language. KidSpeak™ can be used through a web browser on computers.
