When registering for a library card, customers select their preferred method of notification for hold pickups and reminders (such as automatic renewals or overdue items).
We offer 3 types of notification methods:
- Phone (Note: This option will result in a phone call for hold pickup notifications only)
- SMS
A staff member will set notifications for you at time of registration, as indicated on your library card registration application.
To change notification preference, call 904-255-2665.
Types of notices we send:
- Hold Pickup Notices

- Overdue Notice: Sent 7 and 21 days following due date
- Lost Notice: Sent 30 days following due date. Account will be charged the replacement cost of the item.
