Vendors, please arrive for setup from 10 – 10:45 a.m. The roads immediately surrounding the park are all closed for the event (Monroe, Laura, Duval, Church. Please note: Children participating in the parade will arrive at 10:45 a.m. If you have questions, please contact us at ilovebooks@coj.net.
