International Children's Book Day

"Plant Stories and the World Will Bloom"

International Children's Book Day is celebrated on April 2, the birthday of the Danish fairy-tale author, Hans Christian Anderson. It is way for children, authors, illustrators, librarians, publishers, and teachers across the world to show their love for books and their commitment to reading.

This year's theme showcases the power of stories to foster a greener, kinder world. Enjoy this selection of books inspired by gardens and growing up.
