# Free Spring Break Fun
Looking for a way to spend Spring Break - without breaking the bank? Spend it at the Library and don't spend a dime! We've got live guest performers, hands-on S.T.E.M. and art labs, and other FREE activities and events for kids and teens March 17-22. Plus, Jax Pop Con returns to the Main Library on Saturday, March 22, from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. for a FREE, all-ages pop culture and fandom celebration! Dress up as your favorite superhero, video game character or an original Dungeons & Dragons character. There will be video game tournaments, board games, a cosplay contest, and much more!
# A Magician, Music, Reptiles and More!
Join us Live from the Library this Spring Break for special guests and fun performances for children (ages 5-12) and their families, starting with “Dadician - The Family Magician” on Wednesday, March 19, from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. at Pablo Creek Library. In this engaging and educational performance, kids will discover that by using their imagination and working together, they can fill their real lives with magic.
"Artz N' Motion" from the Noteworthy Live Band invites children to express themselves through play and discovery and take pride in their creative abilities. Get creative with us on Wednesday, March 19 from 2-3 p.m. at Willow Branch Library. Note: This program is made possible by the generous support of the Friends of Willow Branch Library.
Go on a sonic adventure and experience rhythm in a whole new way with "Just Add Rhythm" on Thursday, March 20 from 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. at Highlands Regional Library. Kids will get to use different drums, shakers and Boomwhackers while practicing sharing and listening skills. Live on the southern end of Jacksonville? "Just Add Rhythm" returns for a second performance on Thursday, March 20 from 4 - 5 p.m. at Southeast Regional Library.
Or learn about the natural world with stories, songs and a mix of local and exotic reptiles! Wild Wonders returns with their popular "Scaly Sensations" program on Thursday, March 20 from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. at Webb Wesconnett Regional Library.
Note: Attendance is limited, and is first-come first-served. Please arrive early to check in. Check in starts 30 minutes prior to the start of the program.
