#PLAY: Crazy Animal Charades (for 2 or more players)

Animal Charades - Run Like A Lion

Supplies:

  • Note cards/slips of paper
  • Writing implement (pencil, pen, crayon, etc.)
  • Two bowls/containers

On one set of cards, write down animal names such as: tiger, cow, elephant, frog, chicken, hippopotamus, alligator, pig, horse, and snake (but feel free to write down whichever animals you like!)

On the other set of cards, write down crazy actions such as: tap dancing, juggling, opera singing, lawn mowing, jumping, rolling, skipping, balancing, bowling, and driving (again, come up with whatever activities you like.).

One player selects a card from each bowl, and has to act out that animal doing that action. For example, you might have to be a tap dancing tiger or a juggling cow! The first player to correctly guess becomes the next person to draw a card from each bowl and put their animal acting skills to the test.

#EXPLORE: Craft Stick Animal Puppets

Craft Stick Animal Puppets

Optional supplies: If you like, you can use paint to paint the craft sticks or animals. You can embellish with google eyes. You could glue mini craft sticks together and decorate them as animals.
