Jacksonville Public Library holds storytime programs at various locations throughout the system. These programs are scheduled regularly and are focused on different age groups. Please read the etiquette and description of the program before attending, as this will help you and other members of the community have a satisfactory storytime experience.

Etiquette

  • No admittance after the program begins.
  • Parents with crying babies may be asked to leave so others may enjoy the program.
  • Parents of older children may be asked to leave the room to allow more children to attend.
  • Limited seating at all locations.
  • Please refrain from giving your child food or drink during storytime. Food is the ultimate distraction.
