Special Tax Return Assistance For Seniors

Economic Stimulus Program (rebate)

In order to qualify for the Economic Stimulus Program, people must file a tax return. This includes people who have no filing requirement and usually do not file a tax return.

People can receive assistance at AARP Tax-Aide locations as well as VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) locations through April 15th.

Economic Stimulus Program tax returns will be prepared by AARP Tax-Aide and VITA volunteers at four Jacksonville Senior Centers.

Only these special returns will be prepared, not "regular" tax returns.

Mary Singleton Senior Center (Downtown)
150 East 1st Street (near N. Main St.)
