NetLibrary helps academic, public,
corporate and special libraries create a richer, more productive learning environment for their
patrons. Combines the time-honored traditions of the library system with electronic
publishing and offers an easy-to-use information and retrieval system for accessing reference, scholarly, and professional books. Nearly 3,500 texts are available.
NOTE:
The NetLibrary eBook Collection requires that users create their free account on a JPL public computer.
Once their free account is created at a JPL public computer, users are then able to access their account from any computer. Click here to find your nearest library branch.
To create an account for NetLibrary, visit the resource, click on "Create a Free Account" and follow the guidelines.

Beginning March 1, 2010 customers must bring their library card or purchase a guest pass to use public computers.
You must present your valid Jacksonville Public Library card at the time of use
in order to obtain services. Your card and related accounts are non-transferable; any misuse or
illegal transactions can result in privileges being suspended or revoked. You are responsible for the
usage of your card.
In place of a valid library card, customers may purchase a
Guest Pass for a fee of $2.00. Guest Passes are good for one day only.
