Originally named the Myrtle Branch due to its location, it was renamed after a prominent neighborhood resident in 1977. Interior renovated in 2005 as part of the Better Jacksonville Plan. Public computers offering Internet access, word processing and online reference resources including the Library catalog. Wireless Internet access for laptops, notebooks, and PDA devices.
