Overdue fines

Overdue Traveling Tales incur a fee of $1.00 per day per box (maximum fine of $20.00 per box)

The Library’s free Traveling Tales is a unique collection of thematic story time programs. Each Traveling Tales box contains a children’s program you can check out and take home.

Traveling Tales boxes encourage reading readiness and language skills for children ages two through five.

We've done all the work for you by collecting books, puppets, songs, activity ideas, and flannel board stories relating to one theme.

An educational video may be added to your box upon request.

You can borrow up to 5 boxes for three weeks and return them to any Jacksonville Public Library location.
